“Trapezitsa” is a specialized exhibition for Bulgarian producers of food, beverages and unique local products, which is held within the framework of the International Exhibition “Cultural Tourism” – Veliko Tarnovo.
“Trapezitsa Fest” provides an opportunity for established companies from the food industry to present to traders and customers both their new products and goods in demand on the market.
It is a chance for farms and small food producers using unique family recipes to find their fans and new customers.

Participants: Bulgarian producers of food and beverages, specific regional spices, culinary products and canned goods based on original recipes, producers of products from Bulgarian essential crops, etc.
Presentation opportunities:
Exhibition part – participants will have individual commercial space; 4 standard stands have been developed, described in detail in the application for participation, which will allow exhibitors to select the most suitable structure for their production, without affecting the overall unified vision of the exhibition.
Demonstration part – within the exhibition complex, tasting areas will be set up, equipped with the necessary equipment, lighting and sound; with prior requests, the participants in the exhibition will have the opportunity within 60 minutes to present their products to visitors or special clients (restaurateurs, traders, etc.); students from the “Dr. Vasil Beron” Vocational High School of Tourism in Veliko Tarnovo have been attracted to serve the tasting areas.
Attraction part – during the exhibition, the participants have the opportunity to express their desire to organize master classes, demonstrations, raffles and other events, which will be included in the official program.

The exhibition is held on the eve of October 16 – World Food Day, declared by the UN General Assembly.
